Terms and Conditions

for the sale of theater performances in the open-air castle park

valid from November 1, 2024

1. Date and Place of Performance

The theater performance will take place in the open-air castle park on the specified date. The performance takes place even in inclement weather, including rain, wind, or low temperatures. We recommend visitors suitable clothing and equipment that takes into account outdoor conditions.

2. Postponement of the Start of the Performance

With regard to inclement weather, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the start of the performance by up to 30 minutes. This measure serves to ensure maximum safety and comfort for visitors and performers.

3. Conditions for Refund of Admission

If the performance begins and is subsequently canceled during its course due to the organizer's decision due to unexpected events, e.g., adverse weather conditions that could negatively affect the safety of participants, harm their health, or negatively affect the working conditions of the ensemble members and the quality of the production, the right to a refund of the admission fee expires.

If the performance is canceled due to adverse conditions or other unexpected situations before its start, visitors have the right to a refund of the admission fee:

• For visitors who purchased a ticket online and paid by credit card, the amount will be automatically refunded to the card from which the payment was made.
• For visitors who purchased a ticket at the castle ticket office, the admission fee will be refunded upon request and upon presentation of the ticket or proof of payment at the castle ticket office, during its opening hours. The right to a refund can be exercised no later than one month from the date of cancellation of the performance; after this period, the right to a refund expires.

4. Change of Date or Cancellation of Performance

The organizer reserves the right to change the date or completely cancel the performance in the event of unforeseen events that could endanger the safety of participants or affect the quality of the production. In the event of such changes, the organizer will inform visitors as soon as possible via the website, social networks, or directly on site.

If the date is changed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Visitors who will not be able to use the new date have the right to request a refund of the admission fee by email to info@castle-blatna.com, or at the castle ticket office.

5. Visitor Responsibility

Visitors are obliged to respect the organizer's instructions, observe safety measures, and refrain from any behavior that could endanger safety or disrupt the course of the performance. The organizer reserves the right to expel visitors who violate these rules, without entitlement to a refund of the admission fee.
