Castle Grounds Rules
Entry conditions and visitor regulations at Castle Blatna
Park Entry
- The park is open daily during summer season (March 15 – October 14) from 6:00 to 20:00 and in winter season (October 15 – March 14) from 6:00 to 18:00; holders of a valid fishing license may remain in the park after opening hours
- Entry to the park is subject to a fee according to the current price list
- Admission can be paid at the coin machine at the park entrance, at the castle ticket office, or at the machine opposite the castle ticket office
- Free entry to the park can only be obtained at the castle ticket office (children under 6, ZTP and ZTP/P disability card holders)
- Tickets for gate passage can only be purchased at the castle ticket office or at the machine before entering the courtyard
- Annual passes can only be purchased at the castle ticket office during its opening hours
- Holders of a valid fishing license can obtain an annual pass upon payment of a deposit at the castle ticket office
- Every visitor enters the park at their own risk
- Entry with bicycles, scooters, and other vehicles is prohibited
- Organized groups of children are the responsibility of pedagogical supervision
- The area is monitored by a CCTV system
Not Permitted on Castle Grounds
- Entering the park without a valid ticket, annual pass, or without paying admission at the coin machine
- Remaining on the premises outside opening hours without a valid fishing license and fishing permit
- Moving off paths, entering vegetation, water courses, and flower beds
- Littering and behaving inappropriately
- Disturbing and attacking wildlife
- Damaging, stealing, or tampering with park equipment, buildings, and other operational facilities
- Picking or otherwise damaging plants, flowers, trees, shrubs, and grass
- Feeding wildlife with inappropriate food
- Allowing dogs of all breeds to run freely (dogs must be kept on a leash)
- Making fires, smoking in the forest, camping, and bivouacking
- Being under the influence of intoxicating substances
- Photography and filming, other than regular tourist photography and filming, without permission from the castle administration
- Using drones
- Placing sales, advertising, information, or other equipment
- Picnicking, playing ball games, and engaging in group sports
The castle administration reserves the right to change the visitor rules.
